Tabify offers numerous features which may not have been covered.

Move Tabs

Tabify includes customizable shortcuts for moving tabs. Use these when opening a link in a new tab next to the current one, allowing you to quickly move the tab to the far right or left. This feature is handy for reorganizing tabs without using the mouse and applies to multiple selected tabs as well. Here are the shortcuts available:

Tab

Define shortcuts in Tabify to navigate between tabs swiftly. Chrome lacks a feature to return to the previous tab, which Tabify addresses, allowing easy navigation between non-adjacent tabs. A shortcut for jumping to the currently playing tab is also available, beneficial when managing numerous tabs.

Tabify introduces tab marks, enabling you to highlight frequently accessed tabs for quick navigation. Marks can be set through shortcuts, the command palette, or the sidepanel, which also shows current marks.

History

Use the history function to save snapshots of your current window's state, ideal for research sessions involving many tabs. Instead of manually sifting through each tab, save the window state, continue browsing, and later restore the saved state with Tabify managing the tab cleanup.

This tool is invaluable for recovering from accidental tab closures, as it can reorder and recreate tabs or groups. Access this feature through the Options page, Popup, Sidepanel, Command Palette, or shortcuts.
